EICON partner since January 2007, Dr. Thorsten Meis is in charge of the branch office in North Rhine-Westphalia. Before that, he worked in management and consulting, among others at Kienbaum and EUTELIS. Here, his consultancy activities went beyond M&A, comprising also process and organizational questions, international post merger integration projects, in part international strategic and pricing questions and re-organisational topics. Holding a diploma in business studies and a doctor’s degree in economics and political science, Mr. Meis also provided consulting to technology and telecommunication companies. In his thesis he dealt with the assessment and takeover of small and medium-sized companies. Customers and colleagues appreciate especially his communicative style of work.
